*Trainee Graduates from approved school.  Get on the job training.  Gain experience with
seasoned trainers and get paid $0.15 per mile driven.

*Qualified Trainee Drivers with a Class A and a minimum of 1 year experience but
needs orientation with our system (such as pulling doubles and working with new customers).  Will
gain experience with the trainer & will get $0.20 per driven mile.

*Team Member Working without direct supervision and will get $0.32 per driven mile.

*Trainer Have the ability, skill and knowledge to work and train on the job trainees.  Will get
$0.40 per driven mile.  

*Team Leader Have the ability, skill and knowledge to lead multiple people and teams.  
Be able to lead by example & show consistent leadership.  Will get $0.02 per driven mile by his or
her team.

*Owner/Operator Looking to work independently without direct support and supervision
of the organization.  Will get 85% of the revenue.
